Join us for a pre-valentine's day workshop focused on opening your heart through backbends, opening your hips, and alas, sampling essen organic raw vegan superfood chocolates.
Backbends help maintain a flexible spine for lifelong youthfulness and health. The workshop will include how to awaken the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine while incoporating the use of your core and strength of your legs to provide a safe and reviltalizing practice.

Yoga Beyond the mat

Most people come to yoga to get or stay fit. But yoga offers much more. It gives students the tools to improve the quality of their daily lives. This 2 hour workshop introduces these navigation tools and then reinforces their application with an asana and pranayama practice. We will also introduce a meditation technique.

Partner Yoga

Have you ever received an adjustment from your yoga teacher that helped you get deeper into a pose or an assist that allowed you to come into a posture that you couldn't have done by yourself? This unique form of yoga allows you and your partner to work together to accomplish all the poses while participating in a practice grounded in acceptance, unity and love.

The goal of this workshop is to deepen awareness on how to support arm balancing and inversion postures while protecting wrists, elbows & shoulders.
You will begin cultivating core muscle engagement and balance while being upside down, and you will explore transitioning smoothly and safely from one pose to another.
